I am a licensed guide who has spent every summer of his life fishing in Wisconsin’s Northwoods. I moved to Eagle River full-time 6 years ago and I guide on open water from May-November. What makes me unique is that I guide exclusively from my Hobie fishing kayak. This gives me, and my clients, the ability to access remote lakes and also access spots on large lakes that can’t be reached by a typical fishing boat with a motor. If you’re interested in a peaceful, quiet fishing experience, kayaking is the way to go.  I guide primarily for bass (largemouth and smallies) and use a catch-and-release approach. I especially enjoy guiding beginning anglers and spend time educating my clients on lures, knots, presentation, etc. for the best results. My clients are provided with premium equipment (kayaks, St. Croix rods, Daiwa reels).  Let’s explore some local “honey holes” together.
